What does it do?
Tells you when a player joins, chats, and leaves ingame!
Commands:
/ct tells you the version of the plugin.
/ct reload reloads the config.
Functions:
<time> The time of the server.
<player> Players name.
<mes> Players message when typed in chat.
Permissions:
chattime.see Can see the format of the chat set in the config.
chattime.reload Able to reload the config.
