Freatures:

• Check Version of player (if you have ViaVersion)
• Check Ping of player (only paperspigot. Tested on 1.15.2)
• Check Tps of server
• Check Time online of player
• Check Player ip or your
• Check Gamemode of Player
• Check if Player is Online or not
• Check Inventory of Player
• Check Online Players
• Check Staffs Online
• GUI

Commands:

/playerlistgui - open the gui
/versioncheck - show the version of the user you mention
/pingchek - show the ping of the user you mention
/tpscheck - show Tps of the server (no player)
/timecheck - show the time online of the user you mention
/ipcheck - show ip of player or you
/inventorycheck - Open the inventory of player or yours
/playercheck - view if player is online or not
/gamemodecheck - view the gamemode of player, survival, adventure, creative, spectator.
/staffonline - view yours staffs online (name by name)
/onlineplayers - view players online in your server (name by name)

Permissions:

"viewplayers.sk" - Access to command /onlineplayers 
"viewstaff.sk" - Access to command /staffonline 
"staff.sk" - /staffonline considerate you are staff 
"versioncheck.sk" - Access to command /versioncheck 
"gamemodecheck.sk" - Access to command /gamemodecheck 
"inventorycheck.sk" - Access to command /inventorycheck 
"pingcheck.sk" - Access to command /pingcheck 
"tpscheck.sk" - Access to command /tpscheck 
"timecheck.sk" - Access to command /timecheck 
"ipcheck.sk" - Access to command /ipcheck 
"cheks.sk"- Access to GUI
