Chunk Buster is the ultimate plugin for all your factions server needs!
What does Chunk Buster do?
Chunk Buster is a block that removes the chunk you place it in without affecting server performance.

Tested with FactionsUUID, no issues with it removing chunks in other factions' land / safezone / warzone
Requirements:
Skript
SkQuery (Scroll down on the page until you see SkQuery on the right)

You can edit the block that acts as the Chunk Buster as well as the name of the block by editing the file. (Defaults to End Portal Frame named Chunk Buster [It is recommended you use an end portal frame to avoid a player renaming a block in survival minecraft])

Commands:
/chunkbuster <player name> [<amount>] : gives the specified player a chunk buster.

Installation:
Download Chunk Buster.sk, Skript, and SkQuery.
V
Put Skript and SkQuery into your plugins folder on your server.

Restart your server.
V
Go into the Skript config file in your plugins folder.
V
Put the Chunk Buster.sk file into the your scripts folder.
V
Type: /skript reload chunk buster in console or in-game.
