ClearChat

Code completely rewritten for this final version of the "ClearChat" skript! Changes made: - New inside the skript option "loops" to customize the number of empty lines to be printed to clear the chat - A new sub-command has been introduced: /clearchat player <player> to clear the chat of <player> - A new permission has been introduced: "clearchat.others" to allow a player to use the "player" sub-command - Improved the style of the colors and the content of the messages - Players with just the "clearchat.all" permission are allowed to use the "own" sub-command even without the "clearchat.own" permission Bug Fixes: - Now the console can also execute clearchat's sub-commands
