I have written a small ClearChat plugin.
Instalation:
1. Download the plugin
2. Move it to your plugins folder
3. Reboot the server
4. Edit the Config
5. Done!
New:
The ChatClear is now disabled in the console
Commands:
ClearChat: / cc
Permissions:
ClearChat: cc.use
