CmdOnLowTPS

You have anti-lag plugins like ClearLagg and LagRemover, but you are not always on to use the commands when your server needs it. Or maybe ClearLagg is getting annoying and you would rather it only activates when your server is actually lagging.

- Add multiple commands to be activated when your tps is low.
- Set how low the tps has to get before the commands are activated.
- Set how often the commands are activated while tps is low.
- Set how many times the commands will go off while tps is low.
- A command to check your tps in game.
