Setup Instructions:
- Place jar in plugins folder
- Set cobblestone chance to whatever you want it (don't remove that line even, set it to 0 if you'd like)
- Add materials following the material names
- Reload server and players oped or with permissions "cgenplus.use" will be able to benefit from this plugin
