cobweb-managment

This is a simple minecraft skript which manages cobwebs event, good for pvp servers that have a region protection.

What does it do?

• Places the cobweb overriding the region and removes 1 cobweb from player's inventory.
• The cobweb can only be broken using shears. (You can edit that option or remove it).
• When left click on the cobweb with shears it waits 0.4 seconds (time for the block to be broken with shears.) and then 1 cobweb is added to the player's inventory.
