CombinationHits | Cast skills by combining left and right cl

This plugin will provide NO updates on feature update, update for bug fixes ONLY.
It should be a premium plugin, but spigotmc staff just denied it with 'Low effort resource', I have no idea how they judge 'Low effort resource'. I'm very disappointed with that. They think my hard work on this resource is useless, trash.

This is the first well-coded plugin in my life. Hope you enjoy it :D
CombinationHits aims to increase the RPG server's playability by adding click combination for player to execute certain commands.

- Custom cooldown time
- Cooldown time deduction if player has enough level
- Configurable deduction of cooldown time
- The maximum level that player can get cooldown time deduction, if they reach this level, they can no longer reduce the cooldown time
- ActionBar when you Left/Right click, cooling down, cooldown complete
- Multiple combination for 1 item, just add more than 1 lore for the items which can cast skills

Configuration file

You can set more than 1 lore in 1 item to cast different skills with the same item

Cooldown message in 1 decimal places

Action Bar when you clicked holding an item which contains any of the lore in config file

Main command: /CombinedHit, /chit, /ch")

/ch reset [Player]: Reset your/player's data
/ch getValueBySkills <Skills Name> <Value Type>: get the value of the value type by entering the skills name
Eg: "/ch getValueBySkills FlameThrower Name" You will get "RRRL"
/ch getSkillsByValue <Value> <Value Type>: Get skills name by entering value and the value type
Eg: "/ch getValueBySkills RRRL Name" You will get "FlameThrower"
/ch getValueByValue <Value> <Value Type> <Return Value Type>: Get value of the return value type by entering value and the value type
Eg: "/ch getValueByValue RRRL Name Lore" You will get "RRRL Fist"
/ch reload: Reload configuration

CombinationHits.admin: Give player to access all CombinationHits commands

- You can install some RPG plugins that provides commands to cast skills, I might add some plugin hook later upon requests

Plugins:
- Download the plugin
- Place it in your server plugins folder
- Restart or reload the server
- Modify the configuration

- Add a built-in Lore customizer
- Hook with RPG plugins like MyThicMobs in order to cast skills directly
- Per-skills permission

A. Bugs / Console errors: Please make sure that you didn't mess up the format of the configuration. Try to re-download the resource before seek help from me. I will help you as much as I can if you tell me the bugs by PM or the Discussion section including details like error message, how to reproduce the error. Otherwise I will just ignore you.

Nothing received after typing a command: Please make sure you follow the Commands Section above to use those commands. You might not get messages if you entered the wrong arguments.

Q. Does this resource support xxxx Platform / xxx Server / xxx Minecraft version ?
A. I am sorry that I can't test all the platforms, servers, minecraft version. I don't have the time and resources to do so. If you are getting problems about those platform / server / minecraft version issue, please tell me the bug by PM or the Discussion section, I will try my best to help you fix it.
