Command per World blocker

Need to block a certain command in a certain world?
This is the plugin you need.
Easy. Small. Works.

Commands:
/cblocker addworld [worldname]
/cblocker removeworld [worldname]
/cblocker addcommand [command_without_/]
/cblocker removecommand [command_without_/]

Permissions:
cblocker.edit -> use the commands to add/remove worlds&commands
cblocker.bypass -> Ignore blocked commands

blockedcmd:
- examplecommand
blockedworlds:
- mycoolworld


no-perm: "&cYou don't have permission for that command"
command-not-allowed: "&cYou don't have permission to execute this command in this world"
