Command PowerUps

NOTE: THIS IS MY FIRST PLUGIN I'VE EVER MADE.

ABOUT THIS PLUGIN
- Hello, so I heard you want to add a little bit of fun to your server?
- With this plugin, you can create one or multiple PowerUps which can be picked up by Player.
- When picked up by a Player, a console will choose one random command that you've previously configured.
- (ADDED) Now you can also create an item which will on pick up also play a random powerup command! (Can be turned off in a config.) (Off by default.)

FEATURES
- Create as many PowerUps as you want!
- Easily remove them.
- Add a cooldown(After this time another cooldown will spawn)
- Add as many commands as you want!(Those commands will be randomly selected on a pickup event!)
- %player% placeholder can be used in those commands.
- Commands are executed by a console.
- All saved in config.
- Strike lightning upon spawning a new PowerUp! (Can be turned off in a config)
- PowerUp Items - an item which will on pick up also play a random powerup command! (Can be turned off in a config.) (Off by default.)

TO-DO LIST
- For now only OP's can use PU Commands but everybody can pick up PowerUps, I will add permissions later.
- Nicer looking config.

COMMANDS
- /pu help - Shows all PU cmds!
- /pu create <Name> <Name Visibility>
- /pu remove <Name>
- /pu addcmd <CMD>
- /pu removecmd <CMD>
- /pu list
- /pu listcmds
- /pu toggle - Turn PU's On/Off

ITEM COMMANDS:
- /pu additem <Item> - Add a pick up item
- /pu removeitem <Item> - Remove item
- /pu listitems - Get list of added items.

TUTORIAL:
(Ender Crystal Type)
1. /pu create exampeName false (false means that it won't show its name) - repeat this command as much as you want.
2. /pu cooldown 20 - In ticks - 20 Ticks = 1 Second
3. /pu addcmd give %player% stick - This command will give a full stack of sticks to a Player that got PowerUp.
4. /pu toggle - After you've done all previous commands type this CMD to enable PowerUps.

If you want to remove a powerup go nearby to that PowerUp and type:
/pu remove <NAME>.

(Item Pick Up PowerUp)
1. /pu additem <Item> - Example: /pu additem stick - So now when I pick up a stick it will play one random command.
2. /pu addcmd <command> - Example: /pu addcmd give %player% diamond
3. And that's it! :D All you have to do now is to STOP your server and set "useItems: false" to "useItems: true" in your config.
