CommandStalker is a quite self explanatory plugin.
You can spy other people's commands as well as the console.
There are quite a few options for you to choose from.
The plugin is 99% customizable so you can change any message to your liking.

PERMISSIONS

• commandstalker.* -> Gives access to every commandstalker command.
• commandstalker.use.* -> Gives access to every permission that starts with commandstalker.use...
• commandstalker.use -> Allows you to use the commandstalker plugin.
• commandstalker.use.list -> Shows a list of all active spies.
• commandstalker.use.others -> Allows a user to open the spy for others.
• commandstalker.use.clear -> Removes/clears all active spies.
• commandstalker.use.reload -> Reloads the file.
• commandstalker.use.help -> Displays a help menu message.
• commandstalker.use.check -> Stalker stats for a player.
• commandstalker.exempt -> Prevents his commands from being shown.
• commandstalker.update -> Notifies the user for updates.
