CommandUtils

This plugin is essentially a library for server owners to better other plugins. Includes a multitude of commands and placeholders that can be ran anywhere.

Powerful non-exhaustive examples:
Store temporary variables for players or server wide to be used
Have conditional commands that run
Assign cooldowns to commands
Break blocks in radius/facing
Remove items from players inventories and run commands based off of items removed
Spawn projectiles that run commands when landing/in air
Make gravity blocks such as sand not fall
Make mobs have custom loot drops
Add cooldowns to item use
Disable jumping, sprinting, moving, shields
Modify the velocity of anything
Send actionbars, broadcast messages, send messages
Change a player's held item slot
Run commands repeatedly while a condition is met
Schedule commands to be run later

And all of these commands can be nested in each other! With support for custom worlds, custom command separators, custom placeholder surrounders, and more!
