- plugin's now compiled against java 21 - updated adventure dependencies that prevented action bar from showing up and clickable components to not function in chat

- added ability to send command denied message as action bar

- fixed flipped permission for blacklisted subcommands. YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE ACTION IF YOU USE CUBCOMMAND BLACKLIST FEATURE

- no changes, just hoiked the version up because people were confused it's not incrementing for all implementations

- updated dependencies - changed annotation used so it doesn't blow up in the future

- no longer correct the command message in case some plugin decides to rawdog the message from it into Player#performCommand

- fixed config resetting on server boot

- Legacy tab complete packets are no longer honored (this stops certain clients snooping commands)

- minimessage should now resolve all tags from config formatting

- account for velocity command system parsing / something as a valid command

- command labels are now forced to lowercase, since latest versions of the server expect commands to be lowercase and errors when commands are typed lIkE tHis.
