ConfigsPlaceholders

Written to meet needs of User DeathInHeaven

Provides Papi with access to values from any .yml file in the plugins folder, with the ability to restrict access to values containing a list of blocked words.

Papi values as follows;
%configsplaceholder_<Plugin folder>|<yml path>%
ie %configsplaceholder_ConfigsPlaceholders|BlockedWords%

or

%configsplaceholder_<Plugin folder>|<file name without .yml>|<yml path>%
ie %configsplaceholder_Essentials|worth|worth.stonebutton%

Shortcuts can be added into the config.yml as so

Shortcuts:
  example: 'ConfigsPlaceholders|TestValues.example'

and can then be referenced as %configsplaceholder_$example%

Commands:
cpreload - reloads the plugin config file.

Permissions
cp.admin - defaults to OP, required for cpreload command.
