Control Durability

This plugin is here as I had multiple requests about a plugin that can reduce the damage taken of items 'more importantly armour' as some people felt it broke too fast this enables you to put in a divider value which can be decimal and uses this to control the damage taken. It will take into affect all damage changes such as strength, unbreaking and other factors. This is my first publicly available plugin so feedback would be appreciated.
