Easily edit or completely remove the cooldowns on the Ender Pearl, Goat Horn , and Wind Charge.
Note that this is my first Java Plugin release and due to it being small I am confident there's no issues. However feel free to let me know if you have a suggestion or run into an issue in the discussion tab.
