CoralBlocks
This is a simple & light plugin which let your players decide if coral blocks they place will decay or not. And so, they can use both state of corals (dead or alive) for their builds. Other plugins which allows to leave coral blocks intacts exist, but with them, dead corals are no more used. As I preferred my players can still use them, I create mine.

Usage
- Place a coral, and it will decay as usual.
- Place a coral while sneaking , and it will NOT decay.
Installation
There is no dependencies, commands or configuration.
So simply drop the jar file into your plugin directory and voilà!
Permissions
There is only one permission: coral.place which is true by default. It means if you do nothing special, when installing the plugin your players will be able to use its feature. If you want to restrict it to particular groups of users, you have to negate this permission using your permissions manager plugin (so read its documentation, I'll provide no help about this) .
