    CoreViz 1.3.1 — Paper 26.1+ (26.1.x / 26.2.x / 26.3 Wilderness Bound)

GUI front-end for CoreProtect. Aggregates repeated container/block actions into clean net totals — e.g. +13 and +14 Iron Ingot from the same player/chest/hour become one +27 Iron Ingot line. Everything is an inventory GUI, no /co lookup spam.

    Supported versions

    What's new in 1.3.1

🕐 Inspect looks back 30 days (FIXED)
cviz inspect used to search only the last 24 hours (or whatever range you'd last picked), so activity from a few days ago came up as "No activity found" — while CoreProtect's own /co inspect, which defaults to 30 days, found it fine. Inspect clicks now default to 30 days, matching /co inspect. - New optional config key: inspect-default-lookback-hours: 720 — tune it if you want a different inspect window. - A range picked in the time range menu still overrides it for the rest of that login.
📋 Results show the searched time range (NEW)
The loading screen and results GUI now tell you which window was searched — e.g. "Range: last 30d 0h" (or "all time" for typed lookups without a time flag). "No activity found" now says what range was searched instead of just suggesting a longer one, and /cpv see reports the window its x-ray check actually used.
No config migration needed from 1.3.0 — the new key is optional and defaults to 30 days. No new permissions.

    Dependencies

Hard:* CoreProtect 23.1+ on the server. None else* — no database, no extra libs.

    Installation

    1. Download coreviz-1.3.1.jar (mvn clean package → target/coreviz-1.3.1.jar if building from source) 2. Put it in plugins/ alongside CoreProtect.jar on a Paper 26.1+ server running Java 25+ 3. Restart, join on a matching 26.1+ client, run /cpviz

    Commands & Permissions

    /cpviz [player] # menu-driven GUI (bare /cviz re-opens last results)
    /cpviz u:<player> t:<time> r:<radius> a:<block|container|session> b:<item> # typed lookup
    /cpviz i | /cpviz inspect # toggle click-to-inspect mode

/cpviz clear # clear your persistent block highlights
    Aliases: /cpv, /coreviz, /cviz
    * cpviz.use (default: op) — use the GUI / command + highlights + inspector * cpviz.teleport (default: op) — "Teleport to location" button in results * cpviz.rollback (default: op) — roll back / restore entries via button or double right-click * cpviz.check (default: op) — use /cpv check and /cpv see Typed flags: u:/user:, t:/time: (1h, 2d12h, ... omit = all time), r:/radius: (number or #global), a:/action: (block, container, session, mining for check), b:/block:/item: (one Material), h: (highlight). See README.md → "Typed lookups" and "Aggregation rule" for full syntax and the aggregation-window-seconds tuning (config.yml). X-Ray thresholds tunable via xray-* keys.

    Compatibility notes

Backwards compatible* with Paper 26.1 and 26.2 — api-version: '26.1' is the minimum, Paper loads it on any newer 26.x server. Not compatible with Paper 1.21.x and older — that's Paper's intentional major-version break at 26.1 (new `26.x.build.` version scheme). Java 25 is mandatory* on all 26.x. Starting with Java 21 or 17 will fail before the plugin even loads. --- Built from net.thermedwolf:coreviz:1.3.1 — Paper API [26.1.build,) (api-version: '26.1') — CoreProtect 24.0 (compile) / 23.1+ (runtime floor)

Not 1.21.x (Paper's version break). No Fabric/Forge. - Java: 25+ (build + runtime, <release>25</release>) - CoreProtect: 23.1+ (API v11+) — full behavior (blocks + containers + sessions) on both 23.x and 24.0+ ---

    What's New in 1.3.0

    Click-to-inspect mode (NEW)
Prefer CoreProtect's inspector? /cpv i (alias /cpv inspect) toggles inspector mode: click any block and its history opens straight in the results GUI — no typing, no menus first. - Block breaking/placing is held back while inspecting, so clicks never edit the world by accident - Click targeting mirrors CoreProtect (base half of tall blocks, containers/signs directly) - Inspector state clears on quit; every GUI shows an Inspector mode: ON button to turn it off without a command - Uses the existing cpviz.use permission — no new permission needed
Undo a rollback without leaving the GUI (NEW)
Rolled something back and want it back? Fully rolled-back entries now offer Restore changes (recovery compass icon) instead of Roll back: - More-options menu: button flips to "Restore changes" with the same two-step confirm when every raw action in the entry is already rolled back - Double right-click a dimmed (rolled-back) merged or raw row to undo the rollback and re-apply the changes, via CoreProtect's own restore engine - Gated by the existing cpviz.rollback permission — no new permission needed
    Guarded rollbacks (FIXED)
Rollbacks now only touch what the GUI showed. Each call is previewed with the same filters first, everything outside the shown coordinates is snapshotted, and anything the area filter caught out there is put straight back afterwards — neighbour blocks by the same player with the same material no longer get swept up. Touched rows are attributed back to their raw entries, and the time buffer is tightened (120 s → 60 s).
Readable counts in the results GUI
    - Container totals over 64 expand into several 64-stack icons sharing one parent entry (128 → 2×64) — the title keeps the true total plus Stack i-of-n lore, and pagination/clicks resolve back to the parent entry - Block icons show a badge of up to 99 (vanilla hard cap); tooltips unchanged - Raw breakdown stays 1:1 per logged action with matching caps
    Tab-completion suggests lookup first
/cpv tab-completion now suggests lookup first, so typed CoreProtect-style flags are one keystroke closer. ---

    Installation

    1. Download coreviz-1.3.0.jar from Modrinth or CurseForge 2. Drop into plugins/ alongside CoreProtect.jar on Paper 26.1+ with Java 25+ 3. Restart, join on matching client, run /cpviz ---

    What's new in 1.2.2

    ↩️ GUI rollbacks (NEW)
Per-entry rollbacks straight from the results GUI, powered by CoreProtect's own performRollback() (placements removed, breaks restored, container takes put back): - More-options menu: "Roll back changes" button with two-step confirm. - Double right-click a merged or raw row to roll it back directly. - New permission cpviz.rollback (default: op). - Native state display: entries already reverted via /co rollback (by anyone, at any time) seed from CoreProtect's rolled_back tracking and render as dimmed icons with hover detail. - Sessions can't be rolled back — there's no block to undo. Scope is tight per location (radius 1, entry timestamps + 120 s buffer) so unrelated history is left alone.
🔌 CoreProtect 23.x containers now fully work (FIXED)
1.2.1 let blocks, sessions, and x-ray checks run on CoreProtect 23.x but skipped container history with a warning (typed containerLookup() only exists from API v12). That limitation is gone: - On API v11 (23.x) the plugin now queries CoreProtect's own container table through its pooled connection (reflection — no v12 classes loaded, no NoClassDefFoundError). - Both paths return the same normalized rows, so containers aggregate and display identically on 23.x and 24.0+. - Block filters resolve to Material objects first for cross-version reliability. - The "containers skipped" warning is removed. If the typed lookup ever fails on v12+, it falls back to the direct query automatically.
⛏️ X-Ray check: longer window, unlimited rows
    - Default lookback xray-default-lookback-hours: 168 (7 d) → 720 (30 d). - Max lookback xray-max-lookback-hours: 720 (30 d) → 4320 (180 d). - Max rows xray-max-lookup-rows: 5000 → 0 (= unlimited, time bound only).
Existing config.yml files keep their current values — update the three xray-* keys (or delete them and restart to regenerate) to pick up the new defaults.
    ✨ Highlight view range raised
Highlight display entities now render up to 1500 blocks away (was Paper's shorter default), so markers stay visible across large builds.

    What's new in 1.2.1

Patch release — CoreProtect backward compatibility. No config changes, no new permissions.
    🔌 CoreProtect 23.x support (FIXED)
Previously the plugin refused to load its CoreProtect hook on servers running CoreProtect 23.x:
[CoreViz] CoreProtect API version 11 is too old. This plugin requires API version 12+ (CoreProtect 24.0+). Please update CoreProtect.
That no longer happens. The hook now accepts API v11+: - Blocks, sessions, and `/cpv check` x-ray analysis work on CoreProtect 23.1+ — these use the long-standing performLookup() / sessionLookup() API paths, which are unchanged across versions. - Container history still needs CoreProtect 24.0+ (API v12) — CoreProtect's own API layer cannot return container rows through the legacy lookup path, and the typed containerLookup() only exists from v12. On 23.x servers container results are skipped: one console warning on hook + a one-line in-game note (container history needs CoreProtect 24.0+ — showing blocks/sessions only) instead of silently missing rows. - The v12-only calls are isolated so 23.x servers never touch the missing LookupOptions/ContainerResult classes — no NoClassDefFoundError, verified against the built jar. To get container history on every server, update CoreProtect to 24.0+ there. Nothing to configure on the CoreViz side either way.

    What's new in 1.2.0

Feature release — GUI, highlights, and new X-Ray check.
    🔍 X-Ray Check — /cpv check u:<player> a:mining (NEW)
    Multi-heuristic mining analysis, split by world: - Overworld + Nether lookups via restrict_blocks — overworld checks diamonds, emeralds, iron, gold, redstone (+ deepslate variants; coal/copper/lapis excluded), nether checks ANCIENT_DEBRIS only. Both lists configurable via config.yml (xray-overworld-blocks, xray-nether-blocks). - Time control: t: optional (e.g. t:24h, t:7d), defaults to xray-default-lookback-hours: 168 (7 days), capped at xray-max-lookback-hours: 720 (30 days). Safety cap xray-max-lookup-rows: 5000 per world. - Heuristics scored NONE / LOW / MEDIUM / SUSPICIOUS with human-readable reasons: - Axis jumps — gaps where ΔY > 5 or horizontal >30 between diamonds; ratio jumps/(diamonds-1) > 0.6 (≥8 diamonds) flags teleporting between veins - Stone ratio (Sentinel-style) — queries STONE/DEEPSLATE/TUFF/NETHERRACK/BASALT/BLACKSTONE baseline; tiers: pure-ore (≤20 stone + ≥5 diamonds), low-stone (≤50 + ≥10), high-ratio (>0.12 on ≥100 stone), medium (>0.06) - Velocity / burst (MineAlert-style) — 5 diamonds in 10 min / 12 in 60 min, diamonds/hour (>8 high, >4 medium) + nether rate - GUI + chat: Results in paginated GUI with highlights/teleport per location; /cpv see re-opens last check (per-checker store). Clickable chat notification. Permission cpviz.check (default: op).
    # examples
    /cpv check u:Notch a:mining
    /cpv check u:Notch a:mining t:24h
    /cpv see
↩️ Re-open last results with bare /cviz (NEW)
Bare /cviz now re-opens your last cached results instead of resetting to the player picker — close to inspect highlights, then /cviz to get straight back without re-querying CoreProtect. Also adds explicit /cviz reopen/last/resume and /cviz new/open, a "Reopen last results" clock button in the player picker, and a "New lookup" compass in results.
🟥 Highlight — Removed blocks show actual block type (IMPROVED)
Removed/broken highlights now render as the original block (0.92×, centered) inside a glowing red stained-glass shell (1.002×) instead of a solid red cube. Non-block materials still fall back to red glass. Placed blocks stay green. Both entities tracked so /cpviz clear removes the pair.
    🌐 Compatibility — Paper 26.1+ forward-compatible jar
Same jar now loads on every 26.1.x / 26.2.x / 26.3.x server (paper-api [26.1.build,), api-version: '26.1'). No config migration needed — new xray-* keys have sensible defaults and auto-append.

    CoreViz 1.1.0 — Paper 26.3 (Wilderness Bound)

GUI front-end for CoreProtect. Aggregates repeated container/block actions into clean net totals — e.g. +13 and +14 Iron Ingot from the same player/chest/hour become one +27 Iron Ingot line. Everything is an inventory GUI, no /co lookup spam.

    Supported versions

    | Component | Version | Notes | |---|---|---| | Plugin | 1.1.0 | coreviz-1.1.0.jar | | Minecraft (Java Edition) | 26.3 | Wilderness Bound — released 2026-09-15 | | Server | Paper 26.3 ([26.3.build,)) | api-version: '26.3' — will not load on 26.2 / 26.1 / 1.21.x. Also works on forks that track Paper API 26.3 (Purpur, etc.). No Fabric/Forge. | | Java | 25+ (build + runtime) | Minecraft 26.3 requires Java 25. Compiled with <release>25</release>. Tested on Java 26. | | CoreProtect | 24.0+ | Required (depend: [CoreProtect]). Uses typed API v12 containerLookup()/ContainerResult. | | Previous release | 1.0.0 → Paper 26.2 | If you still run Paper 26.2 / MC 1.21.x stay on CoreViz 1.0.0 |
Paper 26.3 is the only supported line for this jar. One plugin version = one MC version — intentional, avoids silent incompatibility.

    What changed in 1.1.0

    No functional/features changes — pure compatibility bump. From 1.0.0: - pom.xml: paper-api [26.2.build,) → [26.3.build,) and comment 26.1.2 → 26.3 - pom.xml / maven-compiler-plugin: 21 → 25 (maven.compiler.source/target / <release>25</release>) - plugin.yml: api-version: '1.21' → '26.3', version: '1.0.0' → '1.1.0' - README.md: testing/docs references 26.1.2 → 26.3, artifact name coreprotect-visualizer-*.jar → coreviz-*.jar, added Java 25 requirement callout All GUI, aggregation, typed-lookup, permissions and config.yml options unchanged.

    Dependencies

Hard:* CoreProtect 24.0+ on the server. Install it first. None else* — no database, no extra libs.

    Installation

    1. Download coreviz-1.1.0.jar ( mvn clean package → target/coreviz-1.1.0.jar if building from source). 2. Put it in plugins/ alongside CoreProtect.jar on a Paper 26.3 server running Java 25+. 3. Restart server, join on a 26.3 client, run /cpviz. Requires internet to repo.papermc.io + maven.playpro.com only at build time, not at runtime.

    Commands & Permissions

    /cpviz [player] # menu-driven GUI
    /cpviz u:<player> t:<time> r:<radius> a:<block|container|session> b:<item> # typed lookup (mirrors /co lookup)
    Aliases: /cpv, /coreviz, /cviz
    * cpviz.use (default: op) — use the GUI / command * cpviz.teleport (default: op) — "Teleport to location" button in results Typed flags: u:/user:, t:/time: (1h, 2d12h, ... omit = all time), r:/radius: (number or #global), a:/action: (block, container, session with optional +/-), b:/block:/item: (one Material). See README.md → "Typed lookups" and "Aggregation rule" for full syntax and the aggregation-window-seconds tuning (config.yml).

    Compatibility_notes

Not backwards compatible* with Paper 26.2 and below — api-version: '26.3' will be rejected on older servers. That's by design. Java 25 is mandatory* on 26.3. Starting with Java 21 or 17 will fail before the plugin even loads. * No config migration needed from 1.0.0 — config.yml unchanged.

  7. 1.0.0CoreViz 1.0.0Jul 11, 2026
Initial release of CoreViz — a GUI front-end for CoreProtect.

    Features

    - Aggregates repeated container/block actions into net totals (e.g. +13 and +14 Iron Ingot within an hour become +27 Iron Ingot) instead of a wall of raw rows - Fully GUI-driven: pick a player, pick containers/blocks/both, pick a time range, browse paginated results — no chat spam - Click any result for a raw breakdown, a "see all activity with this item" filter, or teleport to the location - Typed lookups: /cpviz u:<player> t:<time> r:<radius> a:<block|container|session> b:<item/block>, mirroring /co lookup syntax, with tab completion - Session (login/logout) lookups via a:session - Visual add/remove indicator (glow = added/placed, no glow = removed/broken) so you don't have to hover every item

    Requirements

    - [CoreProtect](https://modrinth.com/plugin/coreprotect) 24.0 or newer - Paper (compatible version)
