What this does is it hides you on the /near if in certain territory.
Ghost I = Faction Territory
Ghost II = Faction + Ally Territory
Ghost III = Faction + Ally + Truce Territory.
Your boots must contain the lore for it to work (capitlization and lore color is irrelevant, it can be anything.)
You need Factions, and PermissionsEX
