Countdown

Countdown is a short skript written for server owners/admins to be able to easily start races and events.
The usage is very simple:
/countdown start <Time in seconds> - will start the countdown
/countdown stop - will stop the current countdown.
Also it is almost fully customizable.
Permissions: (thing: - variable: - default value)
- permission for accessing the /countdown command: {permCOM}: countdown.command
- permission for /countdown start: {permSTA}: countdown.start
- permission for /countdown stop: {permSTO}: countdown.stop
Other:
- permission message (when you don't have permission for something): {permMSG}: &cYou don't have permission to do this
- prefix: {prefix}: &7[&6Countdown&7]&c
You can edit these in the first 11 lines of the skript, under the ,,options''.

Also you can use non-integer numbers, like /countdown start 0.555
Well, this is a bit more interesting, try it out, it's just Math.

So if you need a super-fast and easy-to-use countdown, use this!

I will update it if many people want updates, but I don't plan to continue developing this skript.
