Country on Join - Bungee Edition

Changes in this update: - Changed some country names (shortened) because some of the 'formal' names are too large for use in the join message. Added a culture variant (*_formal) which contains the previous 'formal' (large) names. Thank you @rs2klee for pointing out that problem (five months ago ). - Added Chinese (Simplified) language (zh-CN). Thank you @R_Josef for the translation. - Removed the end dot from the messages for consistency with the MC default join message. - Updated the included GeoIP database (improves precision). - Improve internal error handling. NOTE: This update will NOT overwrite any of your current files. So, if you update the plugin you will not notice any change in your messages or country names. The new files will be created (zh-CN and the *_formal variants). If you not customized any messages or country names and want the new versions, then just delete all files and folders (except the config.yml) and on the next server start the new versions will be extracted. This update behaviour is temporary, and will be reviewed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
