A cannon for launching cows! Requires chicken eggs to use. When it lands it spawns several baby cows.
Config contains a "use-recipe" variable which determines whether or not the recipe is set for it. The recipe is for a hoe but where the mineral for it is monster eggs. The other variable in the configuration is cooldown time which is in milliseconds.
The only command is /cannon which gives the player the cannon, and the permission is "cowcannon.give"
