This update circumvents the annoying Spigot messages at startup about existing files.

This update allows Wither Skeleton Skulls and potentially other items to be auctioned off. It was previously denied due to some erroneous item check.

This update makes sure that we stay compatible with the most recent update to Vault. Most significantly, a final reference to its item package was removed. This update continues to be compatible only with Spigot 1.13 and above.

I finally gave up on the very silly color scheme which I have devised many many years ago. Color codes can now be given as usual with ampersand and color code, e.g. '&e' for yellow. Furthermore, the language files may now be edited and will not be overwritten when the plugin is loaded. To get an updated version from the plugin, simply delete the file in the folder and reload the plugin, or restart your server, and it will be saved in the usual location.

New blocks were displayed as "Air" due to Vault's outdated item naming. Thanks to the new self-explanatory material names, it is no longer necessary to consult Vault about item names to begin with, so it was simply stripped.
