killkey.admin | access to reload and other functions

Configuration Options
key-label: key type from CratesPlus.
key-chance: 1.0 is 100%, 0.5 is 50%, etc.
key-obtained: message to send, with "{player}" to reference the dead players name, set to empty value ("") to disable.
combat-timer-seconds: time to consider the last attacker if a player dies, for fire tick damage and falling to death.
