CreativeItemFilter

What it does:
Plugin does create a complete copy of itemstack when player manages creative inventory and copies data which can be considered safe, which means that any unknown can't be added to result itemstack. Configuration is provided to change what data can be considered safe.
This plugin however doesn't copy PersitentDataContainer, BlockDataMeta, BlockStateMeta, so avoid managing items with that data in creative.

Commands:
creativeitemfilter reload - reloads configuration

Permissions:
creativeitemfilter.admin - for using any command

Note:
This plugin only supports latest versions of server, and i won't add other versions support to plugin.
