Creeper Modifier
Allows you to modify creepers to your liking. Make them charged, make a bigger explosion, or make them create fire!

Commands
/creepermodifier - Reloads the config

Permissions
creepermodifier.reload - Allows the player to do /creepermodifier

spawnCreepers: true # Spawn creepers? Default: true

modifiers:
  setPowered: false # Make the creeper a charged creeper when it spawns? Default: false
 
  explosion:
    radius: 3 # Radius of the explosion when a creeper explodes. Default: 3
    createFire: false # Create fire when a creeper explodes. Default: false

messages:
  reloadedConfig: '&a[CreeperModifier] &fReloaded config!'
  noPermission: '&a[CreeperModifier] &fYou don''t have permission to do that!'
