CustomAnnouncements

Added the ability to add custom death messages when a player dies. There is now also an option to enable specific 'modules' of the plugin, choosing whether or not you want to use join messages, leave messages, or death messages individually or all together. There are also specific death types to choose from, i.e. if the player dies from fall damage, there is a separate list of custom messages compared to when the player dies from an explosion or a zombie.
