This is a simple plugin to change the hit delay. There are no ads in this plugin and it's 100% free. You can put the hit delay on 19 ticks to optimize the hit detection.
Commands:
/customhitdelay setdelay <delay>
/customhitdelay reload
You need the permission customhitdelay.use to use those commands.
