Customisable Anti-Build

Simple Anti-Build plugin, enable or disable customisable messages to the user when they don't have permission to break or place blocks. This plugin is ideal for a HUB style server in which only administrators should have building rights.

Permissions for the plugin are:

antibuild.place - Allows user to place blocks.
antibuild.break - Allows user to break blocks.

Alternatively anyone with OP on the server will be able to place and break.
