Customized /seed and /version - [1.16.x-1.18.x]

Upgrade Info: · You don't have to change any settings. Normally you can migrate to the new version seamlessly. In the update v1.1.0, the Reload Command was added. It can be executed using the "/customversionseedcommand reload" command or the aliases "/cvsc reload" or "/customvscommand reload". A new permission was added, called CustomVersionSeedCommand.reload to give permission to perform a Plugin Reload. You may delete the config.yml because otherwise, it can result in errors.
