    ADDED PASSIVE RUNES Same effects but passive instead put them in inventory slot 1-3 (spigot) 8-11 and get effects. Clickable effects overwrite the effect and then also updates the passive effect after the duration is over. Still heavily WIP Commands /customrunes give <UserName> cast <effect> <effect level> <length> /customrunes give <UserName> Passive <effect> <effect level> /customrunes /WIP opens lil gui that has no use Usable effects, Strength, Speed, Regen, Resistance, Jumpboost.
