Changes done: · Removed message for target player of the /cs set command · -> You can now update player skin fully silently for the target player. · -> You can make your plugin use console commands as API-like style for CustomSkins! Btw: One User reported that this plugin is running fine on 1.9.

+ Fix: Users do not need customskins.changeskin permission to execute any customskins command anymore.

I meant v0.3-SNAPSHOT-53 Fix mistyped version name of last update. Set primary download location back to my friends jenkins. Description now offers alternate download from dropbox.
