Grabbing the location of the plugin .jar file sometimes failed. A backup-method was added, to be used in-case the first method fails.

This version fixes a bug, where if the path to the plugin jar contained spaces, it would break the plugin and spam the console. Also config files on bukkit should get initialised correctly now.

v0.1.10 had a bug, that caused the plugin to never send panel requests. This has now been fixed. There are only implementation changes.

There have been some major changes with this version. The short version is that I have added another way to detect when the Server freezes and another way to restart the server (without needing to kill it outright at first). I also added more Config options. I highly recommend, that you grab the new config files (or let then generate via renaming the old ones).

This update changes how commands are internally processed. No functionalty should have been changed, added or removed from v0.1.6 to v0.1.7 and v0.1.8, since v0.1.7 was just a simple version bump, so I can upload my plugin to sponge ore, and v0.1.7 is the command refactor.
