-Added world_alias option where you can add custom names/alias for your worlds to be shown in the %world% variable in the teleport death message. -Added multiple PlaceholderAPI variables.

-Added /dc show command to allow players see their own death location message. (permission: deathcoordinates.show) -Fixed error using /dc teleport command without arguments. -Fixed error with deathcoordinates.bypasstime permission.
