DeathMessages

DeathMessages privately tells a player where they died, including the dimension.
It supports Paper 26.2 and dedicated Fabric 26.2 servers, requires Java 25, and
is currently version 26.2-1.0.0.

Players receive an interactive message such as:

You died at 143, 67, -928 in the Overworld.

Clicking the coordinates copies 143 67 -928 (x y z) to the clipboard.

Commands

• /deathcoords version displays the installed DeathMessages version.
• /deathcoords last displays your persisted latest death coordinates and
  dimension, with the same clickable coordinates.

DeathMessages stores exactly one latest record per player UUID in
last-deaths.yml. Records survive server restarts, and each new death replaces
that player's previous record; death history is not retained.

Installation

• Paper: put deathcoords-paper-26.2-1.0.0.jar in the server's plugins
  directory.
• Fabric: install Fabric Loader and Fabric API on the server, then put
  deathcoords-fabric-26.2-1.0.0.jar in its mods directory. Connecting
  clients do not need DeathMessages installed.

Build both artifacts with Java 25 by running:

./gradlew clean build
