Arena Setup
  1. Create arena. (/mlgrush arena create <name of arena>)
  2. Set spawn. (/mlgrush arena setSpawn <name of arena> <red/blue>)
  3. Set bed. (/mlgrush arena setBed <name of arena> <1/2> <red/blue>)
  4. Set leave. (/mlgrusharena setLeave <name of arena>)
  5. Set lobby. (/mlgrusharena setLobby <name of arena>)
  6. Set death limit. (/mlgrusharena setDeathLimit <name of arena>)
  7. Congrats! Now join arena. (/mlgrush join <name of arena>)
