DING ONJOIN
This plugin is probably one of the simplest plugins. When you join, it'll play a ding sound effect.

Permission(s):
dingonjoin.ding (If you don't have this permission, it won't play a ding)
In the future, I might add a command to toggle it, but right now this is a pretty self explanatory plugin.
