fixed that when withdrawing large amount of diamond they didnt drop, fixed that you can not deposit large amounts of diamonds if you are picking them up

fixed withdraws, you can not longer withdraw amount greater than your balance

Changed all code, maybe api now working, but practically same plugin with same features, just cleaner code?, optimisations, and support for user created languages, new config format

0.2.3 added ukrainian language, languages configs now has defaults, added /config reload command, some minor optimisations, added recent transactions, you can see it in balance menu
