Das ist ein Plugin um in der Lobby den Chat zu deaktivieren.

Getestet wurde es auf Spigot 1.8.8 aber sollte auf alle Versionen funktionieren.

config.yml:

Status:
   Chatlock: false

Befehle: 

/chat enable  - Enable the Global Chat
/chat disable - Disable the Global Chat
/chat reload - Reloads the config.yml

Permissions:

Spoiler
# chat.lock use permission for /chat enable/disable
# chat.ByPass write in chat when chat is disabled
# chatlock.reload reload the config
