Disable pvp without breaking other plugins

All this plugin is doing is disabling pvp, but it does not break plugins which use the hit event to do some action. Plugins which are using the hit event do not receive the hit event if pvp is disabled in the server.properties or if pvp gets disabled in the way how some other plugins are disabling it. The reason I created this plugin was that people asked me which pvp disabling plugin they could use without breaking the add friend on friend head hit feature from Party and Friends Extended Edition. So I created this plugin to be absolutely sure it does not break it now or in a future update of this plugin.
