Disable Villager Professions

Howdy! The first build of this plugin wasn't exactly the kind of quality I'd like to go for. This version should be pretty close to the final, provided no one proposes any new features. I'm thinking about making this into a villager manager that allows you to easily modify trades among other villager-related features, but it depends on whether or not people actually want it. Changelog: -Added a command to modify the config from within the game without restarting the server (/professions AllowProfession) -Added a command to reload the config without restarting the server (/professions ReloadConfig) -Added a help command (/professions help) -Added a command to remove all villagers with disabled professions from loaded chunks (/professions ClearBadVillagers) -Added permissions for all commands -Various improvements and bugfixes
