[Discontinued] Commendation

What is Commendation? It's a plugin that gives the ability to commend other players. This plugin is usually used for server owners to ensure if a player is good enough to be a staff member of the server or simply to meter how famous they are on your server.

Commands and Permissions
<parameter> are needed on the other hand [parameter] is optional
• /commend <player> commend player: commendation.use
• /commendation <player> check player's commendations: commendation.use
