Forgot to update the upgradeShop, fixed.

With this update you don't have to download the config.yml manually! and if you want to reset the configs of shop or upgradeShop just set autoset-bw-config to true in the bwaconfig.yml and it will reset all configs. Also added improvements to team upgrade shop
