⦁ Hour is specified in .txt (see when the message was sent)
How it Works:
⦁ When a player writes something on chat, that message will be added in year-month-day.txt
⦁ Every day it will create an file (it verifies the date when it's writing in log)
⦁ File Example: 2018-05-25.txt
1. Put ServerChatlog.jar in /plugins
2. Restart / Reload / Enable via PlugMan
