It comes with a few default chat channels (local, global, and admin,) but you can make as many different chat channels as you'd like. Please update your config so that it has the global chat channel, as this is the default channel, and the plugin may not function if it isn't loaded. If you don't want to use the chat channels feature of this plugin, simply don't give anyone the permission to change chat channels (divcore.chat.channels,) and it'll be like nothing ever happened. Here's the default config file for 1.2.0a .SpoilerTarget">Spoiler: config.yml Code (Text): #HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH # DIVCORE H # Plugin by Felnstaren H #HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH # What messages do you want to see from this plugin? # DEBUG -> INFO -> WARN -> SEVERE # You will see all messages above the priority you select as well logger-priority: INFO # -----------------------------| # CHAT GROUP CONFIGURATION | # -----------------------------| chat-groups: default: chat-color: "#AAAA77" chat-format: "&7[%chat-channel%&7] %prefix%%name-color%%player%%suffix% %chat-color%%message%" prefix: "" suffix: "" name-color: "#FFFFAA" admin: chat-color: "#7777AA" chat-format: "&7[%chat-channel%&7] %prefix%%name-color%%player%%suffix% %chat-color%%message%" prefix: "#9999CCⒶ" suffix: "" name-color: "#AAAAFF" # -----------------------------| # CHAT CHANNEL CONFIGURATION | # -----------------------------| chat-channels: global: label: "#999[#2F2Global#999]" local: label: "#999[#27FLocal#999]" predicate: - "world : same" - "distance : 50" admin: permission: "divcore.chat.channel.admin" label: "#999[#F22Admin#999]" predicate: - "permission : divcore.chat.channel.admin" ping-color: "#77FFAA" post-appension: false # -------------------------------------| # Player Join/Leave Message Formatting | # -------------------------------------| join-format: "%prefix%%name-color%%player%%suffix% &7has joined the game" leave-format: "%prefix%%name-color%%player%%suffix% &7has left the game" # -------------------------------------| # Player List Header/Footer Formatting | # -------------------------------------| player-list: player-format: "%prefix%%name-color%%player%%suffix%" update-time: 10 header: - "&bW&9elcome!" - "&9W&be&9lcome!" - "&9We&bl&9come!" - "&9Wel&bc&9ome!" - "&9Welc&bo&9me!" - "&9Welco&bm&9e!" - "&9Welcom&be&9!" - "&9Welcome&b!" footer: - "#5555FFThere are #22FF22%online-players%#777777/#CC2222%max-players% #5555FFplayers online
TPS: #22FF22%tps%#777777/#22CC2220.00" # -------------------------------| # Control Character Replacements | # -------------------------------| control-characters: - "=/= : ≠" - "~~ : ≈" - "sqrt : √" - "/shrug : ¯\\_(ツ)_/¯" - "/flip : (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻" - "/unflip : ┬─┬ノ( º _ ºノ)"1.1.1aMuting, Player metrics, and BugfixesOct 5, 2020 This update adds the ability to mute players (stop them from using chat) with the command /mute <player> and to unmute them with /unmute <player> You must have the permission "divcore.punishment.mute" to use this command. An example of muting a player named Feln for 5 days and 3 hours would be "/mute Feln 5d 3h" This update also adds per-player metrics, so you can see when a player was last online on the server, how long they've played on the server, and how long ago they first joined the server, with the command /seen <player> or /pinfo <player> The most notable change is the improvement of the methods the plugin uses to search for colors in chat messages. Using colors in chat and in the configuration files should now be much more reliable, and many artifacts such as # and & being removed when not being used for colors, or randomly appearing, should be a thing of the past.1.0.2aPost Appension & RefactoringSep 30, 2020 Adds an experimental option to your config "post-appension" by default it is set to false. Post appension does not currently support pinging, and may have some bugs or refinements needed to be made to it. Refactored the ChatInterceptor classes Removed a logger line from a debug test that may have been spamming your console.1.0.1aPinging & BugfixesSep 30, 2020 Added pinging. Your name will be displayed in a different color in chat. The color players' names will appear in is configurable with the "ping-color" option in the config.yml file. Emotes that start with "/" will automatically be added as a command, so players can use them without having to place annoying characters before it. Example: "/shrug dunno" is treated like a chat message. Bugfixes; - Worked on fixing using # like a normal person - Updated default config to use 6 character color codes, since those are much more consistent with the plugin - Some other bugs I probably forgot I fixed1.0.0aSep 29, 2020
