Dolly || Inspired by JABBA || Slimefun integration!

- Fixed a silly mistake with placing spawners - Trapped chests can now be moved as well

This is intended to fix a null pointer for people that use LWC but do not have an auto-register type set.

This update adds more concrete support for many common protection plugins such as Worldguard, ASkyBlock, Towny, GriefPrevention, Lockette, and LWC. If you have LWC installed and have set a default protection of public or private, Dolly will now respect that when players place down a chest using a dolly. It will also auto-remove protections when picking up LWC protected chests. This update has been tested, but not thoroughly (which is difficult given all possible combinations of the above plugins and Minecraft versions) so please make sure to test the plugin with your setup before releasing it to a public environment c: Also, I wanted to add that this is not the re-coded version I was working on. I decided to push this out now because the re-code is taking longer than anticipated. Lastly, please report any bugs in the discussion section.
