What is Donator Join
Donator Join is a plugin which allows your donators to be able to broadcast a custom message to the server as well as a chose your own sound for when that player joins the game!

One for players with permission: staff.join
Another for players who are op and if it is enabled in config
Added chosing your own custom join sounds into the config

if you want ops to not have this join message simply add the permission "-donator.join" to their perms

You can set the message and prefix for the join message, the actual message, and the cool join sound in your config.yml
