[DUPE PATCH] 1.14 Foreign characters in books chunk reset fi

This is an ongoing issue that has not been addressed by Mojang. Players on multiplayer servers are able to insert many books containing Chinese characters and leave them in the chunk inside of chests. The chunks memory then exceeds the limit and forces itself to reset back to a prior state where items can be duped, or is permanently corrupted. A video explains how this works below. (Made for 1.14)

Simply drop the plugin into your plugins folder, reload or restart. and then you will no longer have to worry about this duplication glitch.
