Explanation
Tools can't broken with this plugin, but player can't use it when reach the limit of tool's durability.
Feature
- tools cannot broken
- warning message before tools reach broken limit
- player cannot use broken tools
- tools must be repair when reach the broken limit

Installation
- Drop the plugin jar file in your server folder /plugins/ and run once.
- After the plugin folder and default config.yml is generated.
- Start to set your own config withing config.yml and reload your server.
